Steps to building your dream home

From your initial ideas right through to handover, we’ll be there with you to develop tailor-made design and build solutions. You’ll initially meet with Dan or Steve at your site to discuss your building project. We’ll listen to your ideas, establish what your budget is and advise on considerations and decisions that you’ll need to make. We’ll discuss site implications, council planning rules and submission, design stages, the external trades and services needed. We’ll then manage the consent process, the tradespeople and any other consultants needed to make sure there are no time and cost blowouts during the building.
