A good builder cares about the vision you have for your new home. Not only should they be able to help you achieve this, but they should also be able to answer any questions you have as clearly as possible. Some homeowners can find it very frustrating when the site managers or supervisors change regularly. It can make building a rapport with the supervisor in charge damn difficult. If you want reassurance and to be closely involved in the building project, a smaller building company, like ours, where you’ll be dealing with the owner of the company is a good option.
Remember, you can never ask too many questions. Your new home is probably going to be the biggest purchase you will ever make, and we believe you have every right to stay as well informed as you possibly can be at every step of the way.

The quality of the build will be dictated by the materials as well as the builders. We will advise on the use of quality materials and then we’ll make sure they’re being properly taken care of during the entire build.
