When we did have issues, we were able to contact Dan directly and he was quick to resolution and ensured that any concerns or problems were fixed and adjusted. Things don’t always go as planned, so having this transparency, access and communications was appreciated.

DBS Residential recently completed a kitchen, laundry and living room renovation and my wife and I are very happy with the end result. Dan was a pleasure to work with, communicated well and made the process easy and stress free. Once the ball was rolling everything came together quicker than we expected which was a bonus.
All of Dan’s team and sub-contractors did a great job and offered advice and solutions throughout the process. Although this was a small job in the scheme of things, we felt like it was treated with the same importance as any of the bigger jobs DBS R had on the go.

Dan and his team fixed some timber rot and cladding that had failed on our 1970’s home in Glenfield. The guys were amazing to deal with. Very knowledgeable, hard working, and thorough.
