Open communication throughout

This is your home we’re building, so regular, clear communication is a must for all parties . Dan Hendy, the company owner, is always available to discuss to any matter related to the building of your house. You will always know your home is receiving the attention and service it deserves.

Dan and the team will keep in touch with you throughout the entire building process, sending you regular progress updates to ensure you are always kept in the loop: from council lodgements to slab pouring and construction updates, right through to final inspections, the final walkthrough of your home and handover we will provide full transparency. In the unlikely event that a detail is just not going to work, or if there is a hold-up of any kind, you will be the first to know.

As well as these regular updates, we also insist on regular weekly site meetings.

Strict quality control

We’re not a nationwide building company, and therefore we have much better control over the location and volume of homes we build. Each and every home we build on gets the personalised service it deserves. We also ensure that all our job sites comply with Occupational Health and Safety (OH&S) and are Site Safe.
